Creole Fish

1- 1 1/2 lbs. scrod or any white flaky fish

Lemon juice

½ - 1 jar salsa  (your preference)

Squirt lemon juice over fish.  Spoon salsa on top.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.  This dish can also be microwaved for approximately 8 minutes or until cooked through.  Serve with rice.  

Turkey London Broil

1 – 2 lbs. turkey breast or turkey tenderloins 

(If not available in meat department of grocery store, ask the butcher)

Teriyaki sauce or barbeque sauce

Cook over hot grill turning every few minutes for approximately 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.  If over an inch thick, allow more time.  Baste with sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.  Slice as you would a London Broil.
